• Cà Phê Phin (Vietnamese Drip Coffee) — Our signature drink. We use a stainless-steel phin filter placed on top of your cup. Hot water seeps slowly through medium-ground Robusta beans, producing a thick, intensely aromatic brew. Watch the entire process at your table — it takes about four minutes and is a ritual in itself.
• Cà Phê Sữa Đá (Iced Milk Coffee) — The most popular coffee order in Vietnam. A layer of sweetened condensed milk sits at the bottom of the glass; the strong phin coffee drips on top. Stir, add ice, and you have a perfectly balanced drink — sweet, creamy and bold.
• Bạc Xỉu — A Saigon-style milk coffee with more condensed milk and less coffee. Smoother and sweeter, this is the ideal starting point if you are new to Vietnamese coffee.
